Step 4: Verify COD Orders with OTP<\/h2>\n
Cash on Delivery is big in India. So are COD returns. Turn on COD verification in the OTP & Login tab. Every COD customer gets a link to confirm the order with a one time password. Verified orders show a "COD Verified" badge in your orders list, so you ship the real ones first.<\/p>\n
Step 5: Recover Abandoned Carts<\/h2>\n
Turn on the abandoned cart automation and set the delay in Settings (default is 30 minutes). When a shopper enters their phone at checkout but does not finish, they get a reminder with a link back to the cart. The reminder cancels itself if they complete the order. WhatsApp templates with an image header work very well here.<\/p>\n
Step 6: Collect Reviews on Autopilot<\/h2>\n
Turn on the review request automation. A few days after each order completes, the customer gets a polite message with a direct link to review the product they bought. You choose the number of days in Settings.<\/p>\n
