Smart OTP: Send Multi Channel OTP SMS from Fast2SMS
Have you ever wished to send Fast2SMS OTP messages through a priority route to ensure faster and more reliable delivery? Introducing our new Multi Channel Smart OTP feature, designed to help businesses send OTP messages on priority so that not a single verification message is missed.
With Smart OTP, you can enhance authentication success rates and provide a seamless user experience. In this article, we will explore what the Smart OTP feature is, and the complete process of using it to send OTP messages efficiently.
What is Smart OTP feature of Fast2SMS?
Smart OTP is a newly launched feature of Fast2SMS designed to maximise OTP delivery success by using a dedicated delivery route and intelligent fallback mechanisms. With Smart OTP, businesses can send OTP messages using two channels—SMS and WhatsApp. You can choose either channel as your primary delivery route and the other as a fallback option.
For instance, if an OTP is initially sent via SMS and the message is not delivered, the system automatically retries the same OTP through WhatsApp. Similarly, if WhatsApp is your primary channel and the message fails to reach the recipient, it is instantly reattempted via SMS. This multi channel delivery approach significantly reduces OTP delivery failures, improves authentication success rates, and ensures a smooth and uninterrupted user experience for your customers.
