How a pulse works
Call time is rounded up to the next 15 seconds
The time counted is from the moment the customer picks up to the moment the call ends. A customer who hangs up after six seconds still counts as one pulse, because the call was answered. A customer who never picks up costs nothing.

Every campaign is a Simple call, a Key Press call or a Call Patch call. This is what each one is charged for.
Key Press (DTMF)
₹0.25 / 15 s pulseThe message asks the customer to press a key, and the key is saved per number.
Charged like a Simple call, for the time from pick-up to hang-up, including the wait for the key. Pressing a key costs nothing extra.
Call Patch
₹0.25 / 15 s pulseThe customer presses a key and is connected live to your agent group.
Both sides are charged: the customer's time and the agent's talk time, each in 15-second pulses, for the whole length of the call.

At ₹0.25 per pulse. For Call Patch, the first number is the customer's call (ringing, menu and talk) and the second is the agent's talk time.

Example campaign: 1,000 Simple calls with a 20-second message, 650 answered = 1,300 pulses × ₹0.25 = ₹325. The 350 calls that were not answered cost ₹0, and their held amount is refunded automatically.

Voice call pricing: questions answered
How much does a bulk Voice call cost on Fast2SMS?
₹0.25 per 15-second pulse, only for calls that are answered. A call of 1 to 15 seconds is one pulse (₹0.25), 16 to 30 seconds is two pulses (₹0.50), and so on. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee.
Am I charged for calls that are not answered?
No. Missed, busy, switched-off, invalid and DND numbers cost nothing. The estimated cost is held from the wallet when you send, and the part for calls that were not answered is refunded automatically within 48 hours. Each refund shows in the Voice refund report and the transaction history.
How is Call Patch charged?
A Call Patch call has two legs: the customer's call and your agent's talk time. Both are counted in 15-second pulses at the same rate, for the whole length of the call.
Why is the amount on the confirmation screen higher than what I pay?
The confirmation screen shows the amount held: numbers × pulses per call × rate. It is an estimate for the campaign. You are charged only for what the answered calls actually use, and the rest of the hold is refunded automatically.
Is pressing a key charged extra?
No. Key Press calls are charged by the call time only. The key each customer pressed is saved in the report and sent in the webhook at no extra cost.
What is the minimum recharge?
₹100, by UPI, card or net banking. Your wallet balance does not expire.
Is GST charged on the recharge?
Yes, 18% GST applies on the recharge amount, and a GST invoice is generated for every payment. Add your GSTIN in Settings to have it printed on the invoice.
Can I get a lower rate for high volume?
