A virtual number (DID) costs ₹1,000 per month and each agent costs ₹500 per month. A number with one agent is ₹1,500 per month. Incoming and outgoing calls are free and unlimited, and the IVR, call recording, call logs, web phone, Click2Call, call forwarding, webhooks and every other panel feature are included at no extra cost.

Yes. Incoming calls to your virtual number are free and unlimited. There is no per-minute, per-pulse or per-call charge for incoming calls.

Yes. Outgoing calls made by your team from your virtual number are free and unlimited, with your business number shown as the caller ID. Use them for genuine business calls; promotional calls must not go to DND numbers.

No. Fast2SMS does not charge for cloud telephony calls. You pay only the monthly price of your numbers and agents.

That rate is for Bulk Voice Call (OBD), a different product that plays a recorded message to a list of numbers: ₹0.25 per 15-second pulse, answered calls only. Cloud telephony is not billed per pulse: it is ₹1,000 per number per month and ₹500 per agent per month, with free unlimited calls.
