If payment is deducted from your bank account but it is not being reflected in your Fast2SMS wallet then no need to worry. Here we will guide you with what needs to be done if this happens while transferring money in Fast2SMS wallet.

After making the payment, you need to wait for 60 minutes in order to get the payment processed. If Fast2SMS receives confirmation from your bank within 60 minutes that your payment is successful, your Fast2SMS wallet will start reflecting the same. If 60 minutes are over or the transaction got failed from the bank side then the amount will be auto refunded within 48 hours. Refunds into bank usually take 3-5 business days from the date of refund.
