TRAI has made it compulsory for all bulk SMS senders to complete the principal entity and telemarketer binding chain to prevent any disturbance.

If you are registered as a principal entity on TATA Tele then follow these steps to Add Telemarketer in TATA DLT (TATA Tele Service) for PE-TM Binding Chain.

1. Login in to “TATA Tele” DLT portal

2. Click on “Manage Telemarketer Relationship”

3. Select “Create New Chain request”

5. Click “Submit”

8. After SID GROUPS (TM) approval, Principal Entity again need to request for final approval to DLT panel.
